Just Some Questions to Ponder

Yesterday while listening to a sermon by our youth pastor, some questions stirred my heart. So this morning, I simply offer food for thought. Take a few minutes to ask yourself where you are in your faith walk. Honest self-reflection is never a bad thing. And as you reflect, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your heart and mind with discernment. When people see me, do they clearly know that I am a committed disciple of Christ? Am I more than just a "Jesus bumper sticker"? Do I walk out my faith every day or just wear it on my car? Do I wear a cross as jewelry but fail to live like the Cross changed everything for me? Am I willing to sacrifice to be and do all that God has in store for my life? Some pretty big things to ponder this morning, so I'll stop here. Find a quiet place of solitude and let God speak into your heart. This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad!
